Residential Delivery Services
Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery consists of the Freight Carrier delivering your chair to the specified address of your home only! The Carrier is not obligated to carry the product onto a porch or inside the residence. With Curbside Delivery the customer is responsible for getting the product inside their home. The product will be taken off the truck at the closest, easily available location. The Freight Carrier will call prior to delivery to set up a scheduled time for the chair to be received. The normal charge for this is $105.00 which Backcare Basics does not charge to its customers.
In Home Delivery
In Home Delivery consists of the Freight Carrier delivering your chair to your home and taking it inside your residence if easily accessible. Delivery is for ground level only. The Carrier will not carry any chair up any additional floors, nor will they unpack the product to fit through doors or doorways. This service does not include the unpacking or set up of your chair. The Freight Carrier will call prior to delivery to set up a scheduled time for the chair to be received. DELIVERY MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE or your chair will be left at the main door of your home. The charge for this service is $179.00.
White Glove Delivery
Backcare Basics and Golden Technologies are pleased to offer this value-added service to their customers and are happy to make the receipt, set up and placement extremely easy. The size and weight of these chairs are not always conducive to being delivered via Curbside or Front Door delivery methods. In the interest of clarity below are lists of what this delivery option includes and doesn't include. The charge for this service is $299.00.
