Back Care Basics Inc. is an authorized dealer for all products we sell! Full manufacturers’ warranties apply.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WITH OUR “NO HASSLE” RETURN POLICY. We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and resalable condition. Call us at 1.800.858.8987 prior to return for an approved refund, credit or exchange. We will make every attempt to insure that you are happy with your purchase; however, certain “personal” items are not returnable.

Refunds: Refunds are issued for the purchase price less actual shipping costs to the customer. (Please Note: Though we do not add the shipping costs to the sale price on most products delivered to the 48 states, the actual costs of shipping to the customer will be deducted on refunds for returns of non defective items.) If you have questions, again, please call us for specific details.

Terms and Conditions:

All returned items must be in new and/or original and resalable condition in its original packaging. Merchandise returned in damaged condition or without the original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery and return of replaced merchandise, including the cost of "free delivery." Actual charges will apply.
  • Purchase price will be refunded in full, less any exchange, return, restocking and/or shipping fees.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
  • When returning an item for refund that came with a free gift, the gift's value will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Custom or Special orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order date. After 48 hours, all custom/special orders will be Final Sale.
