Free shipping is not available to items shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or PO addresses. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and PO destination orders please contact Backcare Basics Customer Service for shipping information. Customers are responsible for all Canadian duties and taxes.

At this time, Backcare Basics does NOT ship internationally except to Canada.

Backcare Basics Online ships most orders via FedEx ground service. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours. USPS and UPS may be used for specific locations or for certain products to ensure prompt, efficient delivery. If you have special shipping needs, or require detailed shipping and delivery information, please call us. We are always willing to make alternative shipping arrangements if possible.

Occasionally, damage might occur during shipping. Should your order arrive damaged, please be sure to note on the shipping receipt “damaged” when you sign for it. It is the carrier’s responsibility to replace damaged items, but it is the customer’s responsibility to document the damage. Please notify Backcare Basics immediately should this occur so that we can assist you with the incident’s resolution.

Backcare Basics will pay for return shipping on all damaged goods and/or incorrect orders.
